Starting Monday, March 22nd, pass holders will no longer need a reservation to ski or ride at Winter Park! Use your Winter Park Season Pass, Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, or Ikon Session Pass at any time on any day without a reservation for the remainder of the 20/21 winter season.
Ski & Ride Lessons
If you’re new to the slopes, we highly recommend booking a lesson to ensure you have an enjoyable first day on the mountain. Our instructors will create a lesson tailored to your needs, so you can get the most out of it.rich-text
Pro tip: If you book a lesson, you will still need to get lift-access and gear.
Lift tickets are discounted if you book with a lesson. After you book a lesson, you’ll have access to getting lift tickets for $39.00 if the participants ages 6-14, and $69.00 for ages 15+.rich-text
If you don’t have your own gear, you’ll need to rent some online, at least 48 hours in advance. Winter Park Resort offers the only rental shops located at the Winter Park base. When you rent with us, you’ll also enjoy complimentary overnight storage steps from The Gondola, a helmet, and get hassle-free equipment swaps throughout the day.rich-text

Gearing up for your trip
You have your slopeside lodging booked, lift tickets reserved, rentals secured, and lessons and activities planned, now you’ll need to pack for your winter mountain vacation! Climate in the mountains can change within minutes, so it’s always good to be prepared and pack enough layers.rich-text
Pro tip: Avoid cotton while being active, pack layers, bring sunscreen, and stay hydrated!

You’re here, you’re ready for your mountain adventure, but how do you get around? Lucky for you, The Town of Winter Park has a free, year-round shuttle service called The Lift. It’s the easiest way to get around and it’ll take you to and from Winter Park Resort, downtown Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby.
Pro tip: Taxi and ride sharing (Uber, Lyft, etc.) in the area are typically not available
