Summer 2025 Lodging Cancellation Policy

Summer / Fall Reservations (May 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025)
Deposit Policy:
Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.

For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.

Cancellation:
Lodging canceled any time after deposit for final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4pm MT are refundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4pm MT are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Winter 2025 / 26 Lodging Cancellation Policy

Winter reservations (November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026)
Deposit Policy:
Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.

For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Protection premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.

Cancel Policy:
Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel Protection premiums are non-refundable once paid in full.

Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel Protection premium is non-refundable.
