An easy 2-block walk to the Winter Park Base Village and 2-1/2 miles from the Town of Winter Park, Iron Horse is also on the free local shuttle route. Featuring fireplaces, kitchens, private balconies, and access to an on-site ski shop, cozy up in these slopeside condos tucked in the forest for the perfect mountain escape.

Summer 2024 Lodging Cancellation Policy
Summer / Fall Reservations (May 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024)
Deposit Policy:
Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.
For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.
Cancellation:
Lodging canceled any time after deposit for final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4pm MT are refundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4pm MT are nonrefundable. Travel insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.
