All paid employees are entitled to the following benefits at Winter Park Resort. You must present your Alterra Mountain Company (AMC) employee pass to receive these deals. All perks and benefits are subject to change. **There is a 60-hour per season requirement to maintain all perks** Unless noted, discounts are for employees only.

Perk Year-Round Employees Seasonal Employees
Season Pass Access Employees and eligible dependents receive a complimentary Alterra Mountain Company (AMC) season pass. Employees are eligible to upgrade to full Ikon at no additional charge. Eligible dependents have access to discounted rate to upgrade to Ikon. Employees receive a complimentary Alterra Mountain Company (AMC) season pass. Full time seasonal have access to discounted rate to upgrade to Ikon pass. Eligible dependents for full time seasonal receive a complimentary AMC pass and part time seasonal dependents receive a $25 AMC pass.
