Your trip to Winter Park and over 3,000 acres of pristine Rocky Mountain terrain is around the corner. Leave nothing to chance and visit our Hours of Operation or Mountain Report for the most up-to-date information on lifts, trails, and more.
Day Lift Ticket Validity:
1 Day: ticket only valid on the selected date.
2 Days: tickets are valid 2 out of 3 consecutive days beginning on your selected date.
3 Days: tickets are valid 3 out of 5 consecutive days beginning on your selected date.
4 Days: tickets are valid 4 out of 6 consecutive days beginning on your selected date.
5 Days: tickets are valid 5 out of 8 consecutive days beginning on your selected date.
Day Lift Ticket Pickup:
For ticket pick-up, and any questions you have upon arrival, visit one of our ticket pickup kiosks. One is located at the Winter Park base, next to the Balcony House, across from the Gondola. The other is at the Mary Jane base, across from the Super Gauge lift. You may also visit one of our guest service locations for pickup or if you have any questions upon arrival.

Receiving Your Ikon Pass or Winter Park Season Pass
After you purchase an Ikon Pass or Winter Park Season Pass, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email or don’t see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email still is not found, contact Ikon Pass at 303-729-3174.
If you are a new pass holder for the 25/26 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature. Every skier or snowboarder in your family with an Ikon Pass or Winter Park Season Pass must have a photo, release of liability, and valid mailing address to receive their pass. All passes will be mailed during the fall before the start of the 25/26 season.

Blackout Dates
The Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, and Winter Park Season Pass have no blackout dates.
Winter Park Midweek Pass Blackout Dates:
All Saturdays and Sundays; December 22 - 28, 2025; January 19, 2026; February 16, 2026
Ikon Session Pass Blackout Dates:
December 27 – 31, 2025; January 17 – 18, 2026; February 14 – 15, 2026
Flex Lift Tickets
Flex Lift Ticket Pack Details:
Flex lift ticket packs are valid for any dates during the 25/26 winter season, blackout dates apply. Tickets can be used on consecutive dates or spread out during the season. Flex Lift Tickets are non-transferrable.
Flex 2- Grants you 2 days.
Flex 3- Grants you 3 days.
Flex 4- Grants you 4 days.
What to do after purchasing a Flex Lift Ticket Pack:
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive this email or don't see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your Junk / Spam folder. If the confirmation email is still not found, please call Ikon Pass at 888-365-IKON or 303-729-3174.
If you are a new Ikon Pass account holder for the 25/26 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature.
Every skier or snowboarder in your Ikon Pass family must have a photo, a release of liability, and a valid mailing address in order to receive your Flex Lift Ticket Packs. If you do not receive your Flex Lift Ticket Packs in the mail, it can be picked up in person at Guest Services located in Balcony House at the Winter Park Resort Base, starting November 1, 2025. Your pre-loaded Flex Lift Ticket Pack media card with 2, 3, or 4 days will start being mailed in the fall prior to the start of the 25/26 season.
Flex Lift Ticket Packs will be eligible for use starting November 1, 2025, dependent on when the first day of skiing and riding is at Winter Park Resort. The number of days purchased (2, 3, or 4) do not need to be used consecutively (in a row) and can be used any day other than blackout days. 1 ticket is valid for a full day on a single date between operating hours.

Midweek Flex Lift Ticket Packs: All Saturdays and Sundays all season; December 26-31, 2025; January 19, 2026; February 16, 2026; March 9-20, 2026.Early Ups Details
- Riders can access terrain serviced by the Super Gauge, Gondola, and Explorer lifts.*
- Early Ups allows for early access only. A pass or full-day lift ticket is also required.
- Lifts will open at 8:30 AM on weekdays and 8:00 AM on weekends.
- There are no blackout dates with Early Ups add-ons.
- Early Ups is available as an add-on for all ages.
- Limited quantities are available for season pass and daily add-ons.
- Only intermediate and advanced terrain can be accessed during this time.

- After purchasing a private lesson, follow the attached link to fill out the required information for each participant and complete the online liability waiver. You will also have the ability to request a specific instructor.

60-Minute Pro Tips features an hour-long, one-on-one lesson with early lift access (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) starting at $99.

- Lessons run from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and participants must arrive 15 minutes before the lesson starts.

General Details
- If you would like your child to be in the same class as a friend or family member, we will do our best to keep them in the same group, provided they have the same age and ability. Please bring them together to check-in.
- The only way to request and guarantee an instructor is to purchase a private lesson.
Attendance Policy
- Lessons begin promptly at their scheduled times. Any child that arrives late will not be allowed to join their lessons for the day and will not receive a makeup lesson.
- If the participant misses the first lesson of their intended session, they will not be allowed to attend subsequent lessons during that session. Instead, they will have the option to enroll in regular group lessons or join a session at a later date. One makeup lesson can be offered per session only with a doctor's note. Any other absence will not warrant a makeup lesson or partial refund.
- To receive a makeup lesson, please email kprograms@winterparkresort.com and attach your doctor's note. Makeup lessons entitle the child to a regular, full-day group lesson on any date during the season. You must schedule the makeup lesson at least 72 hours in advance and it is subject to availability.
Waitlist Policy
- We will not run a waitlist for sold out sessions. We recommend signing up for another date.
Lunch
- Lunch is included with Kids Multi-Week lessons. We serve kid friendly food: pizza, mac and cheese, chili, pasta, etc. Meals vary daily.
Medication
- Instructors can carry medication or EpiPens in specially marked packs upon request. Parents must complete a form with specifics about the medication. Instructors cannot administer medication. If the child cannot administer the medication themselves, the instructor will call ski patrol to provide assistance.

Lesson Reservations
For guests that have purchased a lesson pack on the website:
- Navigate to https://shop.winterparkresort.com/
- Click on the three bars in the top right corner of the page
- Click Sign In/Create Account and log into your account
- Click on the three bars in the top right corner of the page again
- Click on "Your Account"
- Click on "Vouchers" in the left navigation panel
- Under "My Product Vouchers", click "Redeem" next to one of the Lesson 5-Pack vouchers listed. You will be redirected to a page where you'll need to select your lesson type and date. Complete the page and proceed to checkout.
For guests that have purchased a lesson pack through an agent from Central Reservations:
- Complete this pre-book form to reserve your lesson, date, and identify participant(s).
We cannot guarantee walk-up availability for lessons
Lesson Validity
- Lesson packs are only valid for group lessons.
- Kids’ lesson packs are only valid for Kids Full-Day Group Lessons.
- Adults' lesson packs are only valid for Half-Day Adult Group Lessons.
- Unused lessons are not eligible for refunds or transfers during the 2025/2026 season.
Lesson Transferability
- Guests can transfer lessons to friends and family members.
- Guests can use multiple lessons on the same day (you and your friend or family member can use a lesson on the same day).

- All clinics are skiers only except for Women's Breakthrough.
- All clinics are six hours and take place from 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM.
Trees and Steeps Clinic
- Skiers must be comfortable with blue runs and un-groomed terrain.
Moguls
- Skiers must be comfortable on blue to double-black terrain.
Women's Breakthrough Clinic
-All levels of skiers and snowboarders are welcome. *Women skiers/riders only*
Spanish Lesson Clinic
- Spanish lessons are for skiers only and take place March 28th and 29th.
- Clinics accommodate First Time to Intermediate abilities.
- Ages 14 and over may participate.
- Instructors are bilingual (English and Spanish).
- The clinic starts at 9:15 AM. Arrive at the meeting area between the Arrow and Gemini lift geared up and ready to skiat 9:00 AM.
- We will not accommodate late arrivals.
- For those who purchase lift access in advance, pick up your tickets from the registration desk inside West Portal Rentals.
Freestyle Clinic - NEW
- Participants must be an intermediate level skier or boarder, with the ability to link turns on groomed runs confidently.
Telemark Clinic - NEW
- Participants should have basic parallel alpine skiing skills.

We offer telemark lessons as private lessons to anyone who wants to free their heel and combine the elements of alpine with nordic skiing. You'll learn solid fundamentals, perfect lunge turns, and increase your versatility on the mountain. Please contact Private Lesson Center directly at 970.726.1554. Winter Park Resort does not offer Telemark equipment rentals.
Late Policies
Group Lessons
- Visit the registration desk in the West Portal Rental Shop to reschedule for a future date. Late participants can not be added to classes.
Private Lessons
- If you are late for a private lesson, contact the Private Lesson Center at 970.726.1554 ASAP. Your instructor will wait for your arrival but lessons will not exceed their scheduled end time.
Skills Clinics

Makeup Policy

Are rentals and equipment included with lessons?
- No, lessons do not include rentals and equipment. Though, you have the option to purchase a rental package at a discounted rate as an add-on with First Time lessons.
- Lesson participants must arrive to their lesson with the required equipment.
Are lift tickets included with lessons?
- No, lift tickets are not included with lessons. Though, you have the option to purchase lift tickets at a discounted rate when you enroll in a lesson (except for 60-Minute Pro Tips).
- A valid lift ticket or pass is required to participate in a lesson.
What equipment do I need for my lesson?
- Working ski or snowboard equipment.
- Helmets and eye protection (goggles or glasses). *All rentals from Winter Park Resort include a helmet*

Can skiers and snowboarders be in the same lesson?
- No, we do not offer multi-discipline lessons. Lesson participants must be of the same ability level, age group, and discipline (ski or snowboard).
Can anyone take a lesson?
- Yes, our expert instructors can accommodate all skill levels.
Why do I need to prebook a lesson?
- Lessons sell out quickly. Prebooking your lesson not only solidifies your spot. It also gives you access to the best rates.
- You must book lessons at least 72 hours in advance to book online and receive the prebook rate.
When should I arrive for my lesson?
- You should arrive at your designated lesson meeting point dressed and ready to ski/ride with all required equipment at least 15 minutes before its start time.

What's included with my rental?
- You may rebook rentals without rebooking fees until 9:00 AM the day before your scheduled date. Price differences apply.
- Ski rentals include skis, poles, boots, and a helmet. Snowboard rentals include a snowboard, boots, and a helmet. Clothing is not included with rentals.
Are lessons included with rentals?
- No, you must purchase lessons separately from rentals. We highly recommend booking lessons in advance due to availability and the potential to save.
Are lift tickets included with rentals?
- Rental orders do not include lift tickets. To purchase lift tickets, visit our lift ticket page.
Can I rebook my rental package for a later date?
- For requests to modify your rental package after 9:00 AM the day before your rental start date, email rentals@winterparkresort.com.

Overnight Storage
- We are pleased to offer convenient free overnight storage to all rental guests at both base areas.
- Winter Park base: We offer storage at the rental pickup location. If you store at at West Portal, use the storage at the Winter Park Resort Rentals guest drop-off and not the public Ski Valet.
- Mary Jane base: Visit the rental shop for overnight storage.
Equipment Swaps
- If you need a different boot size or binding adjustment, visit the shop where you received your equipment during the day for an easy swap.
- Premium Rental guests can swap gear as many times as they like throughout the day at either Zero Creek Gear House of Mary Jane rentals.

- This ticket is for walk-on passengers only.
- Skis, snowboards, and other on-mountain equipment are not permitted with scenic gondola tickets.

Know Before You Go: Coca-Cola® Tube Hill
- All participants, including children, are required to have a ticket and ride in their own tube.
- Dress warmly in layers and wear comfortable winter boots. Hard shell boots, such as ski boots, are not allowed.
- Show up at Hill House to check-in at least 15 minutes in advance. Hill House located at the Tubing Hill has restrooms, a cozy interior to warm up, and offers hot chocolate.
- Participants must be at least 36" tall.

Ticket Pickup Directions
You can pick up day lift tickets from the Trestle ticket kiosks—located across from the Gondola or Upper Balcony House—or inside the Trestle Bike shop.
Military Ticket Validation
When you purchase a military lift ticket, you must confirm your eligibility at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Multi-Day Lift Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid on consecutive days starting from your selected date.Trestle Bike Park Season Passes
Season Pass Add-On
All 24/25 Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, Winter Park Pass, and Winter Park Midweek Pass holders receive an add-on discount for their Trestle Bike Park Season Pass. Once you add the pass to the cart and sign into the account you used to purchase your 24/25 pass, you should automatically receive the option to add the discount.
Picking Up Season Passes
If you purchase a Trestle Season Pass by June 6th, 2024 we will mail it to the address on file. To expedite the process, upload your photo to your profile and complete the waiver before your arrival. If you purchase a pass after June 6, 2024, visit the Upper Balcony House Season Pass desk to collect your pass.
Winter Park Pass Holders
If you already have your Ikon Pass or Winter Park Season Pass from the winter of 23/24 or for the 24/25 season, your Trestle Bike Park pass should automatically load to your pass once you complete your purchase.
Pass Insurance

Twilight Lift Ticket Validity
Twilight Tickets are valid from from 3:00 - 7:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Picking Up Twilight Lift Tickets
You can pick up Twilight lift tickets at Trestle Bike Park ticket kiosks. Trestle ticket kiosks are across from the Gondola and Upper Balcony House. There is also a Trestle ticket kiosk inside the Trestle Bike Park shop.

Rental Add-On
When you purchase a rental as an add-on with your lesson, it includes a full-suspension mountain bike, full-face helmet, pads, and gloves.

- If you purchase a bike rental, please arrive by 9:00 AM for AM lessons and between 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM for PM lessons to ensure enough time for your bike fitting.
- All participants must meet outside the Trestle Bike Shop across from Starbucks no later than 1:15 PM.
Lift Ticket Add-On

Maximum Number of Participants in Private Lessons
Private lessons have a capacity of three participants withsimilar mountain biking abilityfrom the same party.

You must book at least 48 hours in advance to receive the pre-book lesson rate.
Lesson Requirements
You must have a downhill bike and a valid lift ticket to participate in lessons. These are not included in your lesson purchase.

- Discounted lift tickets are available for lesson participants during the checkout process or on the day of their lesson.

- Age & Height Requirement: Ages 14+ and at least 5 feet tall to fit bikes
- Duration: 1.5 hours
- Group Size: Up to 10 guest
- Riding Level: Beginner, dirt roads only (no trail riding)
- Distance & Elevation: Approximately 5 miles round trip from the Gondola to Lunch Rock, with 600-700 feet of elevation gain
- Route Details: Can stop at Lunch Rock for water and restrooms. Add on the Challenger and/or Pioneer offshoot for more mileage, pending group ability

When and where does Paint the Peak meet?- Paint the Peak meets on select Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer at 10:00am at the Adventure & Supply Co. in the Winter Park Village

Travel plans change. That's why we offer guests Carefree Cancellation with every booking. You can cancel date-specific lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and activities for a full refund up to one week before your arrival. View full policies.
Details:
- Purchases become nonrefundable within seven days of arrival.
- Within seven days, you can rebook products for later in the season (without fees) until 9:00 AM the day before arrival Price differences will apply.
- Guests unable to use their purchased product during the current season may request a resort credit to use within the year.
- Guests can request to modify dates or packages after 9:00 AM the day before their arrival by emailing kprograms@winterparkresort.com.
- Private Lessons cancelled within 24-hours of the lesson start time are subject to a cancellation fee. You will receive resort credit for the remainder.
