Condo and hotel reservations with Winter Park Resort Lodging, winter arrivals, can be cancelled for a full refund up to three weeks prior to your arrival. Summer cancellations are refundable up to 48 hours prior to check-in time of 4pm MT the day of your scheduled arrival. Should the product or lodging accommodations you booked become unavailable for the date you have booked, we will provide a full refund.

Winter 2022/23 Lodging Cancellation Policy
Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance of arrival date, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment.
For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Travel Insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Policies in effect at time of booking apply.
Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24 hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once paid in full.
Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel insurance premium is non-refundable.
Winter 2022/23 Lift Tickets, Rentals, Lessons & Activities Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel all lift tickets, activities, lessons, and rentals without penalty up to 8 days in advance of arrival or rebook for later in the season.
Purchases become non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival.
Up to 9am MT the day prior to arrival, purchases may be rebooked for a different date during the current season. There is no rebooking fee and price differences will be charged. Guests who are not able to use purchased product in the current season may request a resort credit that may be used within a year.
