Winter Parking

Parking reservations and season pass reservations are not required at Winter Park Resort.

Information related to the Lift Town Shuttle can be found here.
Please refer to theWinter Park base parking map or Mary Jane parking map for locations of the lots outlined below.

North Bench Lot:
Located near the north entrance of the Resort, North Bench offers free walk-in/walk-out parking to the main base area. Park and follow the signs to the pedestrian bridge leading you to West Portal Station. For your convenience, a 30 minute drop-off/pick-up area is designated at the front of the lot.

G Lot:
Located at the south entrance to the Resort. This lot is serviced by the G Lot/Conifer Commons Shuttle 7 days a week until 9pm and the Village Courtesy Shuttle after 9pm.

Old Town Lots, including Bus Barn, and Blue Spruce lots:
Located north of the Resort on Winter Park Drive, Old Town lots are serviced by Park-N-Ride shuttles WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS ONLY from November 16, 2024 - April 27, 2025,from 7:30am - 5:30pm. Park-N-Ride shuttle will run on weekends until closing for the Winter Park side. See information below for shuttle after 5:30pm.

Holiday additional run dates: daily 12/23/24 - 1/3/25, 1/17/25, 1/20/25, 2/14/25, 2/17/25. Daily 3/17/25 - 3/21/25.*

Mary Jane Lots:
All Mary Jane Road lots, including the Mary Jane base area, are serviced by FREE Park-N-Ride shuttles to the Winter Park base. Mary Jane service will begin when Mary Jane Base Area opens. Services provided by the Lift.

Village Courtesy Shuttle information AFTER the cabriolet closes, and after Old Town and G-Lot shuttle ends for the day - begins November 13
The shuttle will run in a constant loop from approximately 5:30pm - 9:30pm
The shuttle will run daily starting Nov. 13, 2024.
Stops on the shuttle loop are the following:
- Willie Cab Stop in the Gondola Circle
- Bottom of Cabriolet
- Vintage Hotel by the main sliding door
Shuttle will drop off at any of our parking lots, Iron Horse, and the Winter Park Mountain Lodge upon request.

Village Parking Garage:
Located conveniently in the center of the Village at Winter Park Resort. Levels 1 & 2 offer approximately 200 spaces of close-in parking. Rates are $50 on Saturday and Sunday, and $40 Monday - Friday for a full day or $20 for half day (beginning at noon). All rates are subject to change.
  • Level 3 (top floor), serves as short-term drop skier off. The first 60 minutes are FREE, license plate must be entered into ParkMobile or Pay Station regardless if staying for less than 60 minutes or longer. $12.00/hr for each hour thereafter.
  • Village Garage parking is FREE after 3pm, through 6:59am the next morning.
  • There are self-serve pay stations conveniently located on each level, or you may pay via cell phone through the Parkmobile App.

  • Parkmobile code for level 3 (short term): 5902

Vintage Lot:
The Vintage Lot is paid parking starting November 13, 2024. Located at the top terminus of the Village Cabriolet Lift. Parking in the Vintage Lot is $10 per day Monday - Friday, and $35 per day on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holiday periods.
  • The Village Cabriolet provides lift service from the Vintage Lot to the Village from 7:45am to 5:30pm daily.
  • Holiday dates: daily 12/23/24 - 1/3/25, 1/17/25, 1/20/25, 2/14/25, 2/17/25. Daily 3/17/25 - 3/21/25.*
No overnight parking is allowed in Winter Park or Mary Jane Parking Lots. Contact Security at 970.726.1500 in case of emergency or for special RV parking arrangements. Please only park in plowed lots to allow snow plows to remove snow effectively. Lodging guests must check with their hotel and/or rental agency for overnight parking options.

Electric Vehicle charging stations are located on the 1st floor of the Village Parking Garage and in B Lot.

Winter Park Resort Base

  • Level 3 of the Village Parking Garage. Level 3 (top floor), serves as short-term drop skier off. The first 60 minutes are FREE, license plate must be entered into ParkMobile or Pay Station regardless if staying for less than 60 minutes or longer. $12.00/hr for each hour thereafter
  • Village Cabriolet top terminal in the Vintage Lot
  • The front portion of the North Bench Lot - Closest drop of to Ski and Ride School
Mary Jane Base
  • Mary Jane Base bus circle
FREE disabled parking is located in the following zones:
Show your parking placard to the parking attendant at the traffic hut located on Winter Park Drive to be directed to free disabled parking locations. Parking also available at the Mary Jane base in the bus circle.

PAY disabled parking is available in the following zones:
Moffat Lot next to Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe and Level 1 of the Village Parking Garage.

FREE shuttle service is available daily starting November 13, 2024 from the bus circle at Cabriolet Way between 8am - 4:30pm. Look for 'COURTESY SHUTTLE'.
Located in the Vintage Parking Area and accessed from Highway 40 through the Main Vintage Entrance.

Convenient Cabriolet ride to the main base area.
Overnight self-contained RV parking/camping is generally not permitted; however, exceptions can be made on a limited basis for stays up to three days in a limited section of G Lot (upper G-Lot Only). Please contact Security at 970-726-1500 for details. Stays are not to exceed 3 days in any 30-day period. This exception is to allow guests a place to stay during short-term visits to Winter Park Resort, if Upper G Lot is not available you will NOT be able to camp in the lot. The Security Department can file trespassing charges against individuals in violation of these rules. No dump station, hook-ups or trash service is provided.

Driving Directions to Winter Park Resort

Directions
To get to Winter Park Resort from all points around the Denver area, find your way to I-70 heading West out of Denver. Follow I-70 West approximately 40 miles to Exit 232 to Winter Park, Empire and Granby. Follow Exit 232 onto Hwy 40 which will take you over Berthoud Pass (great photo ops) and to Winter Park. Mileage from Exit 232 to Winter Park is approximately 24 miles. Total mileage from Denver is 67 miles. Winter Park Resort is located at 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, Colorado 80482.

Summer Access Only
US Highway 34 from Estes Park, CO through Rocky Mountain National Park to Granby, CO and US Highway 40. East on US 40 approximately 20 miles to Winter Park.

Rental Cars
Winter Park Central Reservations books Hertz Car Rentals and other car rental companies with pick-up at Denver International Airport.

Directions for buses arriving from the south (From I-70 & Berthoud Pass) on State Highway 40:

  • Take a left turn into the resort at the first stoplight (Vintage Hotel).
  • Make an immediate right into the Vintage Hotel parking area. Follow the main lane down the center of the parking lot toward the Hotel.
  • At the hotel, take a left turn for bus parking, or a right turn for drop-off by the Cabriolet Lift.

Directions for buses arriving from the north (Fraser & Town of Winter Park) on State Highway 40:


  • From the Town of Winter Park continue south on State Highway 40 for approx. 3 miles.
  • Turn right at the second stoplight (Main Entrance/Vintage Hotel).
  • Make an immediate right into the Vintage Hotel parking area. Follow the main lane down the center of the parking lot toward the Hotel.
  • At the hotel, take a left turn for bus parking, or a right turn for drop-off by the Cabriolet Lift.

Resort Lodging Parking Information

After booking lodging, the Front Desk will be in touch with you via text the day of arrival to provide your parking pass and garage access. There is a $21/night fee for the underground parking in these properties. One car per condo is permitted.You will be charged at check-out for your parking with the credit card you provide at check-in. If you have questions, please text us at (844) 828-0060.

Iron Horse parking is included with your reservation, Details for garage access will be shared day of arrival. Early access to the garage is unavailable. If you have questions, please text us at (844) 828-0060.

Reservations made at Parry Peak Lofts include parking in a private garage for one vehicle. The Front Desk will be in touch day of arrival with the details for garage access. If you have questions, please text us at (844) 828-0060.

If you booked at The Vintage Hotel parking is included in your stay and details will be shared day of arrival. We will need your license plate number for your parking permit. If you have questions, please text us at (844) 828-0060.

If you booked at Zephyr Mountain Lodge underground parking is available at $21/night. One car per condo is permitted. You can pre purchase your parking at www.winterparkresort.com/zparking. You will need your room key and QR code to access the garage. If you plan to arrive prior to check-in please let the Front Desk know you are requesting early access to the garage by texting us at (844) 828-0060.

Summer Parking
Free parking is available for summer guests in the Village Parking Garage, Vintage Lot, on the side of the road on Winter Park Drive from the entrance off Highway 40 and the Traffic Hut, or in any Resort outlying parking lot. There is no Pay Parking in the summer.

* Please note, The Cabriolet lift from the Vintage Parking Lot to the Winter Park base will operate Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm during the Summer 24 season.*

Disabled parking is located on the east side of Winter Park Drive in the Moffat Lot at the Resort base adjacent to all activities or in the Village garage. Additional spaces are provided in the Gondola Bus Circle and next to West Portal Station. Parking next to West Portal Station is limited to wheel-chair only parking.

Located on the upper level of the Village Garage or at the front of North Bench.
