    • Course: Left side of Allan Phipps (across from Dark Territory).

      - The best of two runs will determine official results.
      - Riders blowing-out, exiting the course, missing a gate, etc. will be considered DNF. In other words, do not re-enter the course in an attempt to finish. This will reduce possible overtaking mid-course.
      - No re-runs unless deemed appropriate by the jury.
      - Riders MUST be present at the start time posted for their runs. No-shows or late-to-the-gate will get DNS for that run.
      - Practice – one practice/inspection run is provided. During your training run, bibs will be marked with a red marker by the starter.
      - Riders must successfully complete each gate. Missed gates result in disqualification (DQ). No challenging gate judges’ calls.
      - Riders may not change categories after the registration deadline.
      - Hard boots are not allowed.
      - Helmets are mandatory for competitors and must be worn at all times while on course.
      - Open Class podium prize money will be donated, in winners’ names, to the H.O.P.E fund.

    • Through event entries, silent auction, and donation match from Winter Park Resort, the event raised nearly $16,000 for the Grand Foundation’s H.O.P.E. Fund.

Since then, the H.O.P.E. Fund has launched several initiatives to support mental health and substance abuse recovery in Grand County.

In September 2022, a new website dedicated to mental health resources was launched, and includes crisis service information, provider directory, and resources for patients and providers: www.buildinghopegrand.com.

In November 2022, the Grand Foundation secured an office space in Winter Park to be made available at low/no cost to mental health providers to increase available providers in the county and accessibility of services.

A grant program was initiated to support counselors maintain their practice through support for continuing education, facilitation of community support/education programs, etc.
