What are Rope Drop Lanes? Rope Drop Lanes are dedicated lift access lanes available exclusively to qualifying Rope Drop members. Located at Super Gauge and the Gondola, members can access the lanes on eligible days using their season pass loaded with earned Rope Drop Club Lane access days.

General Questions
I am not a Winter Park or Ikon Pass Holder, can I still enter?
- No. Rope Drop Club is only open to Pass Holders.
Can I ski twice on the same day?
- No. Guests must ski or ride on 2 separate days in November to qualify. Guests must ski or ride an additional 2 days from December 1 - 15 to qualify for the bonus days of Rope Drop Lane access.
Do I have to ski twice in December to be apart of Rope Drop Club?
- No. Skiing two additional days in December is optional. Pass Holders must ski on 2 separate days in November to be eligible for December benefits.
What is the Rope Drop Lane?
- The Rope Drop Lane, will be a dedicated lane at the Super Gauge and Gondola. These lanes will merge and alternate with the other lanes. Scanners at the Super Gauge and Gondola will only accept season passes who have the Rope Drop Club additional lane access loaded onto them. Access will be automatically loaded onto a season pass starting January 1, 2027. We appreciate your patience as we work through this new addition for the 26/27 season.
My child skied twice and isn't seeing rope drop club emails?
- All participants must be 18 years old or older to participate. Guests must be 18 as of December 15, 2026.
When is the first day of skiing and riding?
- The first day of skiing and riding for the 26/27 season has not been determined yet. Weather and conditions dependent.
In-season Questions
How do I opt-in for text alerts from Patrol?
- Guests will receive an invitation email to enroll in text alerts for the season.
When will Rope Drop Club texts start?
- As soon as weather and conditions allow for our teams to open terrain.To receive texts, you must have filled out the opt-in form delivered via email. Email will be sentafter confirmation of 2 scans in November have been verified.
I have visited twice but haven't seen any emails. What do I do?
- First, please check your spam folder and sure that winterparkresort@connect.winterparkresort.com is added to your safe list. Reach out to our guest services team for troubleshooting and support.
I have opted in for Rope Drop Texts but have not seen them. What do I do?

Terms and Conditions
Open to 2026/27 Winter Park Season Pass, Ikon Pass, and Ikon Base Pass holders ages 18 and older. Ski or ride at Winter Park Resort on two separate days between Opening Day and November 30, 2026, to unlock Rope Drop Club text alerts from Ski Patrol, early access at Mary Jane before it opens for the season, and two days of Rope Drop Lane access valid March 1 through the end of the 2026/27 winter season. After completing the November requirement, ski or ride on two additional separate days between December 1–15, 2026, to earn two additional days of Rope Drop Lane access valid January 1 through the end of the season. One qualifying visit may be earned per day. Benefits are nontransferable and subject to weather, terrain availability, lift operations, capacity, and other operational considerations. Additional terms and restrictions apply.
