All eligible Pass Holders have until December 10 to opt-in to the private ski patrol text alerts. Early Up add-on tickets will be sent out on December 15. For additional info, please review the FAQ’s listed below. Or contact our guest services teams at wpinfo@winterparkresort.com.

FAQ's

My child skied twice and isn't seeing rope drop club emails?
- All participants must be 18 years old or older to participate.

I skied today. When can I expect to receive an email for Rope Drop Club?
- All automations are scheduled to be delivered the next day at 1:00pm. Check your email for it at the time. Be sure to check spam and junk folders.

When will Rope Drop texts start?
- Rope Drop Club runs through November - you can expect rope drop texts to start in early December and will receive them as terrain is opened. To receive texts, you must have filled out the opt-in form delivered via email by Dec 10.

How many texts can I expect?
- Expect 2 - 4 messages per week during ski season, with more frequent alerts on powder cycles. We will keep it focused on terrain openings and first-track opportunities - no spam, just the info you actually want.

When will I get my 5 Early Ups?
- Early Ups day tickets will be delivered via email by Dec 15.

Can I share my Early Ups?
- Yes! Early Ups tickets are transferable. Use them all for yourself or share them with your friends!

I have visited twice but haven't seen any emails. What do I do?
- First, please check your spam folder and sure that winterparkresort@e.winterparkresort.com is added to your safe list. Reach out to our guest services team for troubleshooting and support.

I have opted in for Rope Drop Texts but have not seen them. What do I do?

25/26 Winter Park Season Pass and 25/26 Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders who are 18 years of age or older and who scan their pass two (2) times to gain lift access at Winter Park Resort between November 1 and November 30, 2025 (“Eligible Pass Holders”) will have the opportunity to receive five (5) 25/26 Early-Ups lift tickets at Winter Park Resort and an invitation to early access the Mary Jane territory the day before it opens to the public for the 25/26 season (the “Reward”). Eligible Pass Holders must claim the Reward by December 10, 2025 by completing an online form and signing up for text message alerts. The online form will be emailed to Eligible Pass Holders. To receive the online form, Eligible Pass Holders must be subscribed to receive promotional emails from Winter Park Resort. Early-Ups lift tickets are valid until April 30, 2026. Reward will be uploaded to My Account by December 15, 2025 and Eligible Pass Holders will receive an email invitation to the early access to Mary Jane territory. Reward recipients agree to receive text messages from Winter Park Resort. Text and data rates may apply. Text “help” for help and “stop” to unsubscribe.
