The Lost & Found
Lost and Found is located in the basement of the West Portal Station Building during the winter. Summer services are available at the Security Office located on the ground floor of the Balcony House. Items are held at Lost & Found for 21 days, at which point they are then disposed of or recycled. If you lose larger items, such as skis, snowboards, and poles are taken to the security office.
Hours of Operation: Open daily 8 am – 4:30 pm (winter only).

Lockers & Storage
Lockers and Storage are available at the base of Winter Park and Mary Jane.
Full sized lockers at West Portal Station can be reserved and purchased at the Lost & Found Desk. West Portal Station is located at the base of Winter Park. Full-sized lockers fit approximately 4 pair of ski/boots/poles and are $25 per calendar day. 15” X 18” X 84” - W x D x H. Accessible throughout the day.
Automated lockers
Small: 10.5” X 16.5” X 14”
Medium: 13.5” X 16.5” X 17.5”
Large: 17” X 25.5” X 22.5”
Daily Lockers are rented by calendar day and can be found on the following locations:
- Balcony House – Small, Medium, & Large.
- Village Rentals – Medium only
- West Portal Station Rentals – Small only
- West Portal Station basement – Small, Medium, & large
- Mary Jane base - $2 per token, one token per entry
Seasonal Lockers
Seasonal Lockers are located at the Winter Park & Mary Jane Base. Seasonal lockers are rated to hold 4 pairs of skis and the corresponding equipment.
