Early Season Training
Private gate training space is available on several trails across the mountain. Additional trails open as snowmaking and conditions permit.
Training space will be available morning and afternoon for 2–3-hour time slots, and teams may request multiple lanes/sessions each day. Teams will indicate their desired terrain and discipline (SL, GS) in the online training space request form. Discipline, terrain, and times are subject to availability and conditions, particularly for full GS or Super G requests.
Early season camps are tentatively slated to begin the first Friday in November. The actual first on-snow date is dependent on snowmaking, natural snow, and other operational considerations.rich-text2021-22 Training Rates and Lift Access

EARLY SEASON TRAINING DETAILS
Book your team lodging through Winter Park Resort and save $100 per lane! requires verification of team lodging through Winter Park Resort Lodging.
If terrain is very limited, we may use early lifts (7:00 am opening) for most gate training. Team captains’ meetings may be scheduled in the afternoon during busiest periods.
*LIFT ACCESS DETAILS
Lift access is available through online pre-purchase. Parents individually pay for their athlete’s lift access, as well as sign the Winter Park waiver, during the ticket/pass checkout process. Please be sure to log into the payment system using a parent/guardian account and then assign the athlete as the customer on the specific ticket or pass product.
Once your training dates are confirmed by the Competition Center, your team coordinator can share the link with parents to pay for athlete lift access.
The Early Season Training Pass is valid from the first day of early-season training through December 15 of the current ski season.
Winter Park and Ikon season passes are only valid opening day through closing day (not valid prior to opening day). Pass benefits are included with discounts at Winter Park Resort-owned and operated retail, rental, cafeterias, etc. Review Ikon and Winter Park Resort pass options available at www.ikonpass.com to determine the best pass options for you.
Access dates are subject to change based on the actual date the Resort opens to the public.
May camps typically begin the first Friday after Winter Park Resort closes and run for 10 days through the following Sunday. Specific dates may vary based on operational considerations that vary season to season. Clubs may request GS or SL and a particular trail. We will make every effort to meet these requests with the space available.
