Fall Camps (aka Early-Season Training) is where momentum meets mountain. As the temps drop and the snow firms up, athletes get access to prime early-season conditions perfect for dialing in technique, boosting volume, and building confidence before the race calendar even starts. It’s the ideal tune-up zone—high focus, high reps, and high reward—setting skiers up to charge into winter with speed and precision.

Spring Training (May Camps)
Spring Training (aka May Camps) kick off the first Friday after Winter Park Resort closes and runs for a set block of days each year. It’s the perfect jumpstart for summer and fall camps—and a smart edge heading into early-season racing.Our high-elevation terrain serves up reliably firm morning conditions, ideal for SL and GS, with occasional opportunities for Super-G when the mountain lines up just right.

To Complete Your Training Camp Reservation1. Submit Training Lane Request Form
Complete the appropriate training request form for your session:

SPRING Training Request Form2.Pay the Booking Fee
Submit the $50 training camp reservation fee HERE (one per team), then wait for your lane assignment and schedule confirmation from the Competition Center.
3. Submit Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Email your COI to both wpccevents@winterparkresort.com and safety@winterparkresort.com.
4. Secure Lift Access

Rostered athletes may purchase discounted lift access using the Rostered Athletes Ticket Purchase Link below.
Note: Discounts are not available for parents, guardians, or family members.
For Parents/Guardians (How to Purchase for Your Athletes):
Group Ticket Purchases:• Use the Rostered Athletes Ticket Purchase Link (after dates are confirmed).
• Log in with your parent or guardian account.
• Assign your athlete as the customer during checkout.
• Sign the online waiver that appears during purchase.

Safety Policies for Visiting TeamsHelmets are required for all athletes.
Coaches are responsible for lane safety, athlete traffic management, and monitoring weather and snow conditions.
Any concerns should be directed to the Race Crew Foreman or Alpine Program Director, Mike Bowman, before training.

Weather & Terrain Policies
Training Adjustments & CancellationsWinter Park may adjust, move, or cancel training sessions based on weather, snowpack, grooming or operational requirements, and overall safety considerations.
If a camp is canceled for operational reasons, reservation fees may be refunded in accordance with the current cancellation policy.Change & Cancellation Policies
Program and Fee Policies
Reservation fees for Competition Center programs are non-refundable, except in cases where Winter Park cancels the camp.
If training dates are changed and your team cannot attend, you may be eligible for a refund as long as the cancellation is made within the required timeframe (for example, at least seven days before arrival).
Training fees are typically due prior to arrival, and any roster changes should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds on training fees are not issued unless a request is submitted by email at least 24 hours before your first on-snow day.
Lodging cancellation policies are managed separately by the lodging reservations team.
