      Spring Training (aka May Camps) kick off the first Friday after Winter Park Resort closes and runs for a set block of days each year.         To Complete Your Training Camp Reservation

      1. Submit Training Lane Request Form

      Complete the appropriate training request form for your session:

      2.Pay the Booking Fee

      Submit the $50 training camp reservation fee HERE (one per team), then wait for your lane assignment and schedule confirmation from the Competition Center.

      3. Submit Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)

      Email your COI to both wpccevents@winterparkresort.com and safety@winterparkresort.com.

      4. Secure Lift Access

      Rostered athletes may purchase discounted lift access using the Rostered Athletes Ticket Purchase Link below.

      Note: Discounts are not available for parents, guardians, or family members.

      For Parents/Guardians (How to Purchase for Your Athletes):

      • Use the Rostered Athletes Ticket Purchase Link (after dates are confirmed).
      • Log in with your parent or guardian account.
      • Assign your athlete as the customer during checkout.
      • Sign the online waiver that appears during purchase.

      Group Ticket Purchases:
      If you’re purchasing tickets as a group, reach out to Micaela at least seven days in advance at momara@winterparkresort.com to place your order.

      5. Submit Athlete & Coach Roster
      Include the full name and date of birth for all athletes and coaches, then email the roster towpccevents@winterparkresort.com.

      6. Sign Waivers
      Waivers are required unless you have an IKON Pass or are purchasing tickets individually online.

    • VISITING TEAMS POLICIES

      This section outlines the key policies visiting teams need to know—from safety requirements and on-hill oversight to weather-driven adjustments and how cancellations or rescheduling are handled.

      These guidelines help keep training efficient, predictable, and focused on what matters most: fast skiing.

      Team Coach / Coordinator

      • Submitting lane request + $50 reservation fee
      • Managing roster submission, insurance and waivers
      • Confirming lift access for all athletes/coaches prior to training
      • Managing lane setup, athlete flow, safety oversight and post-training cleanup
      • Scheduling and attending required check-in with Competition Center

      Parents / Guardians
      • Purchasing athlete lift access using the correct links
      • Completing waivers for their athletes
      • Ensuring athletes arrive on time and properly equipped

      Competition Center Staff

      • Assigning lanes and managing terrain / venue access
      • Proving equipment rental information (gates, drills, fencing)
      • Monitoring conditions and safety
      • Communicating schedule or access changes as needed
      • Helmets are required for all athletes
      • Coaches are responsible for:
        • Lane safety & setup
        • Athlete traffic management
        • Monitoring weather / snow conditions during training

      A limited inventory of gates is available for rental at $150/day plus breakage costs ($50 full gate, $20 shaft, $25 hinge).

      Drill and gate wrench rental is also available.

      Training Adjustments & Cancellations

      Winter Park may adjust, move, or cancel training sessions based on weather, snowpack, grooming or operational requirements, and overall safety considerations.


      If a camp is canceled for operational reasons, reservation fees may be refunded in accordance with the current cancellation policy.

      Teams are encouraged to book lodging through Winter Park Resort groups for maximum flexibility around operational changes.

      Priority access for training may be given to teams staying on resort properties including Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossing, Founders Point and Vintage Hotel.

      Resort-Initiated Date Changes or Cancellations

      • Winter Park Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel camp dates as necessary based on guidance from the Competition Center, Resort Operations, or Mountain Maintenance teams.
      • The resort will make every reasonable effort to communicate any changes in a timely manner; however, unexpected operational circumstances may occur.
      • If Winter Park Resort cancels a camp, all deposits will be refunded in full.
      • If camp dates are changed and your team is unable to attend the revised schedule, your team is eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is made at least seven days prior to arrival.

      Lodging Cancellation Policies

      • Lodging cancellation policies vary and should be reviewed directly with the lodging reservations team.
      • Because operational needs may change from season to season, date changes or cancellations may occur.

        to ensure maximum flexibility should schedule adjustments arise.
