FIRST TRACKS
Be the first on the mountain
Float on fresh powder or zoom accross untouched corduroy with early access to the Gondola and an expert instructor for skiing or riding tips along the way. This lesson is for intermediate to advanced skiers and riders only. Ages 3+.
First Tracks runs from 8am - 9am.
Meeting time is 15 minutes prior to start time.
Meeting location is at the Private Lesson Center in the Village.
*First Tracks Private Lessons are dependent on the Gondola operating.
*Participants will be skiing blue terrain and up.
*Max 4 people in private lesson, guests can add one additional participant for $50. No more than 5 participants per instructor.
*Lift tickets are not included
*Lift ticket add on for adult (15+) $74
*Lift ticket add on for child (age 7-14) $44
*Lift ticket add on for kid (age 3-6) $20
Prebooking is encouraged as space is limited. Book 72 hours in advance to take advantage of the published rates.

RENTALS
Rentals are not included with lessons.
Book early online & save on rentals HERE. Helmets are included with all Winter Park rentals.
ADDITIONAL PARTICIPANTS
All other private lesson prices include up to 4 participants. If your group has more than 4 participants, an additional participant can be added on for an additional $75 for a half day and $150 for a full day. Maximum of 5 participants.
Any participant aged 3-14 is required to wear a helmet and eye protection. Helmets are included with all Winter Park rentals.

CAREFREE CANCELLATION
Guests can cancel private lessons penalty-free up to 7 days in advance of arrival or rebook for later in the season. Purchase becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival but may be rebooked for a different date during the current season. Price differences will be charged. Guests who are not able to use the purchased products in the current season may request a resort credit that may be used within a year. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $199 for Full and Half Day Private Lessons. Requests for modifications to dates and/or packages within 7 days of arrival can be requested by emailing private_lessons@winterparkresort.com.
FAQ
A: Please contact the Private Lesson Center 970.726.1554 as soon as possible. Your instructor will wait for your arrival. Lessons will not exceed scheduled end time.
Q: Can we have skiers and snowboarders in the same private lesson?
A: No, we do not offer multi-disciple lessons.
Q: What is an appropriate tip for an instructor?
A: Tips/gratuities are not expected but very much so appreciated. Generally, 15 to 20 percent of the purchase price is suggested. Tips can be given directly to instructors by cash or Venmo. Cash and credit card tips can be left with guest services.
Q: Can I book a Telemark lesson?
A: Yes, we do offer Telemark lessons. Please contact Private Lesson Center directly at 970.726.1554. Winter Park Resort does not offer Telemark equipment rentals.
Q: Is lunch included in Full Day Lessons?
A: No, lunch is not included in any private lessons. Your full day private lesson will take a break for lunch at your discretion.
