How does Ski Butlers service work?
Book your reservation online, call Ski Butlers, or speak with your accommodations. Ski Butlers delivers all your equipment rentals directly to you on the date and time of your choosing, offers full-support throughout your rental, and picks all your equipment up after your final ski day.
Does Ski Butlers bring extra boot sizes?
Yes, Ski Butlers brings a variety of boot sizes to ensure a guaranteed perfect fit for every renter.
Can I bring my own boots?
Yes - and we encourage it! You save money and time when bringing your own boots.
What if there is a problem with the equipment during my rental?
Call or text to let Ski Butlers know what's not quite right, and they’ll be there within one hour.
How does pickup work?
All equipment is picked up from your accommodations between 4-8 PM on your final rental day. If you have a special pickup request, let Ski Butlers know the details and they’ll make sure to accommodate. You do not need to be present for pick up.
What is the cancellation policy?
Ski Butlers follows the same cancellation policy as Winter Park. Please check the resort policy for details.
When is the credit card charged?
Ski Butlers charges the credit card after the delivery at your accommodations. This is to ensure you are more than satisfied with the provided service and equipment. During the booking process, your credit card is used to hold your reservation only.
How does pricing work?
Ski Butlers uses dynamic pricing to manage demand, to ensure delivery of the same exceptional service to all customers. If you need to add more renters to your order after your initial booking, their package price may be different from existing renters.
Is there a delivery service fee?
No. Pricing includes skis, boots, poles, and full delivery, support, and pickup services. Helmets, goggles, high performance boots and damage coverage are add-ons.
What is Ski Butlers premium package?
Ski Butlers premium package are skis created by Parlor and Wagner, two companies specializing in custom skis. Ski Butlers worked with their designers to create skis specifically designed for the resorts their customers will be skiing at. They also partnered with Whitespace to offer a premium snowboard designed by Shaun White. Read more about premium packages. *Only available in certain markets.
What is Ski Butlers Express?
Ski Butlers Express provides the same great delivery service but is focused on guests who don’t need a personalized fitting. Express has your gear preset and ready either at the resort base or delivered to your accommodations, allowing you to head straight to the slopes without delay. The Ski Butlers Express team is on-site to assist with any adjustments or gear swaps, making it easy to enjoy a hassle-free ski experience.
