A mandatory riders meeting will now be held in-person. Additional information regarding the meeting will be provided along with the start lists on the evening prior to the race. In addition to posting on our website, the start list will also be emailed to all registrants. Please find your start time on the start list before arriving at the race. Riders are also responsible for verifying their start times leading up to the race as they may change.

Training for the run is recommended prior to the race. The run will be posted several days ahead of the event to allow time for athletes to practice. Day of inspection will be subject to rules that will be announced at the riders meeting.

Day-of plate pick up will be located outside of the Balcony House.
All riders must wear a helmet during competition. Additional protection is at the sole discretion of the rider. Rider assumes all risks related to equipment and protective gear choice.

Please pay close attention and observe ALL rules. Violators will be disqualified and prohibited from future racing.
    - All riders must register, sign the current year summer waiver, and use their race plate.
    - For early lift access, if offered, you must have your plate and lift pass. Check racer meeting notes for information on lift access times.
    - Riders are expected to pre-ride the course in the allotted time period ahead of the race.
    - While inspecting or racing, remember to stay on course and no cutting race tape.
    - Competitors will be allowed near the start line beginning 5 minutes prior to their race. A competition staff member or certified volunteer will be able to let competitors know if the competition is running on time.
    - Time starts when your front wheel crosses the start line.
    - Our Timing is tracked by the chip on your plate. Please do not alter your plate in any way to compromise its purpose. You are responsible for completing chip check to ensure all data (name, category, etc.) associated with your plate are correct.
    - Please keep your number visible at all times.
    - If you are unable to finish the course, please clear off the designated race course to prevent other riders from running into you and report directly to Timing.
    - If another racer in your category catches you on course, pull over and allow them to pass. If you do not pull over in an instance like this, you will be disqualified.
    - If the weather impacts our race, the Chief of Race will make the decision of how long the race will be postponed and announce to the riders what time to expect to start again or provide an update. The Chief of Race will be located at the Start.
    - The protest period for any corrections (i.e. name, classes or age, timing errors, etc.) for each class will end 30 minutes after the final competitor of that class completes the course. If a racer decides to protest, they will have to pay a $50 protest fee which will be reimbursed back to them if they win their protest
    - Once the protest window is closed, results are final and official.
    - We have marshals along the course. If you pass an injured rider, please notify the next marshal and they will put a hold on the course and radio bike patrol
    - Please keep in mind that we are all here to have fun. Unsportsmanlike conduct at any point is grounds for disqualification.
    - Decisions made by the Chief of Race or Race Management are final.

Re-runs will only be granted on an individual review basis. In the event where a racer feels a re-run is in order, they must immediately talk to Timing, at the bottom of the race course. At that point, the proposed re-run will either be granted or declined based on the Race Jury's decision, based on the nature of the request. Re-runs will be offered at the end of the category ahead of Pro or at the end of the Pro Category, if approved to re-run. Mechanical issues or complications will not be granted approval to re-run. No re-runs for mechanical issues.
    Results
You may view your results on the IYR (It's Your Race) website on your mobile phone or on the Trestle Gravity Series webpage after the race. The results will not be posted at the Finish. If you have a protest, please call (970) 726-1590 immediately. If a racer decides to protest, they will have to pay a $50 protest fee which will be reimbursed back to them if they win their protest. After the final results are posted, we will send out an email update.

Please note that occasionally a variable wireless connection will cause the data from the timing computers to not upload immediately to the IYR results page. If you finished the race and do not see your time, don't worry! Your chip time has been recorded and the online times will be updated following the race after the timing staff returns to the base for a wired connection. Hand time are also recorded for all competitors.

There will NOT be Team Scoring, Team Results or Team Awards.

    AWARDS

For professional racers, a competitive professional purse is awarded to the top three men and top three women in the Pro category for each race.

Racers that make the top three in each class may attend the awards ceremony at the Winter Park Village Stage. A tentative awards schedule will be posted online ahead of the race, and is subject to change. If you are not able to attend the award ceremony and are in the top 3 finishers in your category, your medal will be available for pick up in the Competition Center in Balcony House.

Award winners who missed awards will have two weeks from the final Trestle Gravity Series race to claim their rewards. Winnings may be picked up in the Competition Center Office located inside the Balcony House.

The Trestle Gravity Series consists of multiple gravity-based events. Whoever the fastest timed rider is will receive first in their category. For the overall series results, we are taking all races into our calculation to determine series winners. Riders must have competed in all of the current season Trestle Gravity Series races in the same category to qualify.

In the event of tie for series overall points, the lowest race score will be dropped from all riders in the tie breaker. Who ever has the highest total after the drop, is the series winner.

To earn the Trestle Gravity Series overall prize of entry into next year's Series, riders must have completed all races during that race year.

Series results will be presented online following the final race. Series winners may attend the awards ceremony at the Winter Park Village Stage following the final race. A tentative awards schedule will be posted online ahead of the race, and is subject to change.

Series winners who missed awards will have two weeks from the final Trestle Gravity Series race to claim their rewards. Winnings may be picked up in the Competition Center Office located inside the Balcony House.
