Welcome to the Winter Park Resort Employee Housing page. We are excited to start Summer 2016 season at Winter Park Resort. If you are interested in Employee Housing for the upcoming summer season. Of note, fewer than 10% of resort employees live in our employee housing units. There are also numerous other housing locations in and around the Winter Park area. Once resort housing is filled, we recommend checking for local housing options using the sources below to help locate a living arrangement and housing style that best suits your needs.

Winter Park Resort offers rental options located in Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby approximately 6, 10, and 22 miles respectively from the resort base area.

FOX RUN APARTMENTS
Fox Run Apartments are located 5 miles north of Winter Park Resort in the Town of Fraser, Colorado. Fox Run offers 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments, fully-furnished, with full kitchens, housing 2-4 total employees per unit depending on bedroom configurations.

Monthly rent includes all utilities (water, gas, trash, sewer, and electric), cable + internet in each unit. On-site, coin-op laundry facilities are also available. Tenants are responsible for bringing their own linens and toiletries.

Fox Run Rental Rates:
Single bedroom - $550 per person, per month.
Shared (2 twins) bedroom - $325 per person, per month.
Advance Deposit - $400 total per person required; $300 refundable damage deposit plus a $100 non-refundable maintenance & check out fee;

FRASER CONDOMINIUMS (multiple locations)
Winter Park Resort owns several condominium units in the Town of Fraser / Fraser Valley area, located 4-6 miles from the resort. Most condominium unit configurations are 2-bedroom/2-bath, housing a total of 4 total employees per unit.

Employee Housing condominiums are fully-furnished, with full kitchens. Monthly rent includes all utilities (water, gas, trash, sewer, and electric). Tenants are responsible for bringing their own linens and toiletries. Some condominium units include added amenities such as laundry facilities or a hot tub. Consult the Employee Housing supervisor for specifics, by unit location.

There are typically no single rooms available at Fraser Employee Housing Condos. Most rooms must be shared (two twin beds per bedroom) to accommodate capacity needs.

Fraser Condo Rental Rates:
Shared (2 twins) bedroom - $325 per person, per month.
Shared (2 twins) bedroom - $325 per person, per month.
Advance Deposit - $400 total per person required; $300 refundable damage deposit plus a $100 non-refundable maintenance & check out fee;

TABERNASH AND GRANBY
Winter Park Resort owns units in the Town of Tabernash and houses in the Town of Granby, located 10 and 22 miles, respectively, from the resort.

Employee Housing units are fully-furnished, with full kitchens. Monthly rent includes all utilities (water, gas, trash, sewer and electric). Tenants are responsible for bringing their own linens and toiletries. Some units include added amenities such as laundry facilities, and common areas. Consult the Employee Housing Manager for specifics, by unit location. Tabernash locations are limited with single occupancy units. The units are fully-furnished, small cooking range/oven, and basic appliances. Our Tabernash location is pet-friendly but space is very limited. Do not rely on getting placement in Tabernash if you have a pet. Please seek other options for housing as it fills quickly.

There are limited single rooms available at our Granby location. The houses in Granby are 3bd/2ba houses. Most rooms must be shared (two twin beds per bedroom) to accommodate capacity needs. The houses at Grand Meadows are equipped with full kitchens, furnished, and designated living and dining rooms.

Granby Rental Rates:
Single Bedroom - $550 per person, per month.
Shared (2 twins) bedroom - $325 per person, per month.
Advance Deposit - $400 total per person required; $300 refundable damage deposit plus a $100 non-refundable maintenance & check out fee;

Tabernash Rental Rates (Limited Availability):
Single Bedroom - $400 per person, per month.
Shared (2 twins) bedroom - $250 per person, per month.
Advance Deposit - $400 total per person required; $300 refundable damage deposit plus a $100 non-refundable maintenance & check out fee;

Employee Housing FAQ
Can I room with someone I know?
In the housing application you can ask to be assigned to room with someone you know who has been approved for housing. Or we will do our best to place you with an appropriate roommate.

Could I have a pet in Employee Housing?
Pets of any kind are not allowed in Employee Housing with the exception of our Tabernash location that has very limited availability.

How can I be prepared?
Employee Housing units are furnished and you simply need to bring toiletries and linings with you.Remember that you will be living in a single room and should not bring furniture or excessive personal items.

For options outside of Employee Housing:
The Employee Housing Manager works in the Winter Park Resort Employee Housing office from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, if you have additional questions. The Human Resources office is open Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and you may leave a message there if needed.
