The Lodge at Sunspot Site Fees
The site fee (prior to food and beverages costs, sales tax and service charge) is required for Wedding Events. The site fee is not subject to sales tax.

Ceremony & Reception – wedding option #1
$5000: Evening Ceremony with 1 hour reserved in The Sunspot Lounge for the ceremony
Reception with use of the Dining Room**
Maximum of 100 guests
**Sunspot Dining Room will remain open to the public upon conclusion of the ceremony

Ceremony & Reception – wedding option #2
$8,000: Evening Ceremony and Reception with exclusive use of the entire venue at Sunspot
Maximum of 200 guests

Indoor ceremony location in front of the stone earth fireplace in the lounge
Unity candle table and guest book table
Complimentary water station upon guest arrival
1 hour ceremony rehearsal time (based on availability)

4 hour block of time for your ceremony and reception (after 5:30pm)
Wait staff, bar staff and an event manager to oversee the facility
White floor-length table linens and white cloth napkins for tables
Tables and chairs, Bone white china, glassware and flatware
Cake presentation table, place card table and gift table
Complimentary cake cutting and serving
Dance floor
Transportation from the resort base to The Lodge at Sunspot via gondolas on the Zephyr Express Chairlift
