You will then be directed to our Online Store – click on Liability Waivers.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unsure if you signed a liability form for your child and your child has a picture on file, passes will be mailed out from our season pass office and will indicate whether the pass is active or not.

No. You may upload a photo of your child online by visiting store.winterparkresort.com, sign in and click on My Account, then go to Upload Photo and follow the directions. By sending us your photo we will be able to mail your pass. Can I bring my season-long rentals home?
Yes. Season long rentals can be picked up as early as opening day (November 16, 2011) and can be taken home and/or used at other resorts.
What time should I arrive to the resort and where do I go?
Programs meet at 8:45am and are skiing/riding by 9am. Take advantage of our free shuttle, Willie’s Cab. The shuttle service picks up at the bus circle (at the bottom of the Cabriolet lift) starting at 8am and drops off between Mt. Maury (Guppies & Minnows) and Sorenson Park (Barracudas & Piranhas).
What if my child arrives late to their lesson?
Classes will start at 8:45am. They will then make one warm-up lap on Village Way and come back to Sorensen Park/Mt Maury. Late students will be picked up at their level signs in the meeting area. Any guests that arrive after 9:15am will need to meet their class at their scheduled lunch time. Please find any supervisor for the lunch time and location.
Can my child ski with friends?
If children are in the same program and are of the same ability level and relatively the same age, all requests for friends can be made on the first day of the program. Kids are separated into their ability levels the lead instructor will ask who wants to ski with whom. They will then be placed in corresponding groups from there. We will be sending out a form to all multi-week participants before the start of each program to designate ability level, request to ski with certain friends and/or request instructors from previous years. Keep in mind we try to fulfill every request; however, this is not always possible.
Do I receive any discounts with my season pass purchase?
Yes. Season pass holders can extend their season pass discount of $10 off of Ski & Ride School products to their children’s multi-week programs. Check your inbox for the season pass email newsletter for the appropriate promotion code. This season pass discount is only eligible for immediate family members only.
What if I already purchased my child’s season pass earlier in the season?
We can credit the full purchase price of your child’s pass towards the multi-week program of your choice. Please email Ski & Ride School at wpsrsinfo@winterparkresort.com so we can assist in this process.

Add-on with Copper
Winter Park Multi-Week participants who want to purchase a Copper season pass need to contact Ski & Ride School at 970.726.1658 or by emailing WPSRSINFO@winterparkresort.com. We will send you a Copper Authorization letter that you print out out and bring to Copper Mountain any time throughout the 2011/12 winter season to receive a discounted Copper add-on pass courtesy of your purchase of a Winter Park Multi-Week Program.
Upgrade to 6-Days in Steamboat
Multi-week participants who want to upgrade to 6 days in Steamboat can upgrade at the Winter Park season pass office any time of the year, or any front-range Christy Sports locations through December 11, 2011 (NOT STEAMBOAT). You will not need to bring in anything to verify multi-week program participation, as our season pass office can look up the purchase in our system. However, you must purchase a multi-week program prior to coming in to receive any upgrade.
What if I miss a day in the program?
Because our multi-week programs run on a progression, make-up dates are not within our programs. Make-up days are in our daily lessons. This year we allow one make-up day per participant, no questions asked. Please call the Ski & Ride School (970.726.1658) to let us know you will need to make up a day. You may come in at any time through the season at your convenience. You will need to get a make-up ticket with our staff in the kid’s lobby of the second floor of the Kids Center (blue building next to Derailer bar). Exception: First day of the program must be attended!
The only multi-week class you may not miss is the first of the program. This is the most important week of the program to confirm and gauge ability levels. The perks of doing a multi-week program is the camaraderie of a familiar class and instructor. We do not want to impede classes moving forward the following week, and we certainly do not want your child to have to play catch up with the rest of the class.
Will programs be rescheduled due to weather?
We will not reschedule due to temperature or weather. If Berthoud Pass is closed, we will send out an email with details regarding the additional week added to the specific program.
What is served at lunch?
Our lunch menu varies; however, last year we served items such as pizza, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, salad and carrot sticks.
If my child has a specific medical condition, what is the staff trained for?
While instructors cannot administer any medication, they can carry any medication/epi-pens in a specially marked pack with a form filled out by parents with specifics about the medication. Children must be able to administer medication themselves, or parents can arrange to meet the class at lunch.
How do I look up my child’s Flaik information?
Every child in Ski & Ride School will be equipped with a GPS unit. At the end of the day, instructors will hand out a Flaik code to parents and kids who can then go online flaik.com to track vertical feet and map runs. Information will be available by 5pm the day of the lesson.
