APPEARANCE STANDARDS

As ambassadors of guest service, our employees are expected to maintain a high standard of appearance and conduct. For a full list of guidelines, click here.


I-9 DOCUMENTATION 

In compliance with the Federal Immigration Law, Winter Park Resort requiries all employees to provide original documents showing identity and authorization to work in the United States within 3 days of employment. For a printable I-9 Form, click here.

Examples of legal documentation include:

US Citizens
  • US Passport
  • A social security card AND a Drivers License
  • Or a Driver's License AND a birth certificate.
Non-US citizens
  • Unexpired foreign passport with I-551 stamp and/or attached INS Form I-94 indicating unexpired employment authorization
  • DS-129 Form and Valid US Work Visa
  • Alien Registration Receipt Card with photograph (INS Form I-151 or I-551)
  • Unexpired Employment Authorization Card (INS Form I-688A) If you do not already have one, you will also be required to obtain a US Social Security number before you can start working.
